
One-Pan Salmon with Asparagus
Sheet-pan dinner: garlicky salmon, blistered asparagus and a squeeze of lemon — 25 minutes, one tray.
Ingredients
- 4 filletssalmon (6 oz each)
- 1 bunchasparagus
- 3 tbspolive oil
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 1 wholelemon
- 1 tspsea salt
- 1/2 tspblack pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.

Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper on the pan.

Nestle salmon on top; brush with garlic, remaining oil and lemon zest.

Roast 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

Finish with fresh lemon wedges.
Cook's tip
Pull salmon at 125°F internal for medium — it'll keep cooking off the heat.
