
Overnight Oats with Berries
Five-minute prep, five-ingredient breakfast: creamy oats, almond milk, chia and a tumble of fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cuprolled oats
- 3/4 cupalmond milk
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- 1 tbspmaple syrup
- 1/2 cupmixed berries
Instructions

Combine oats, almond milk, chia and maple syrup in a jar.

Stir well, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

In the morning, stir again and adjust thickness with a splash of milk.

Top with berries and a sprinkle of seeds.
Cook's tip
Use Greek yogurt in place of milk for a higher-protein version.
